Here in Northeast Ohio, one of our most popular and budget friendly flake flooring systems are our epoxy and polyurea based systems. Perfect for residential, commercial, and select outdoor environments. These budget friendly and resilient systems can be matched for just about any environment and have excellent scratch and stain resistance along with a pleasant texture for increased traction. Depending on performance requirements our systems are water, chemical, oil/gas, salt, and impact resistant along with having the ability to be easily repaired when needed. Hundreds of color choices are available direct from the manufacturer with new blends available every year. 1/4" is our standard aggregate size but custom blends and sizes are available. Traction agents available as an option on all systems.
EPOXY/POLYASPARTIC
- Epoxy base layer with clear Polyaspartic topcoat
- 30-35 mils thick, up to 50 mils with optional clear grout coat
- Optional moisture vapor barrier base coat available for below grade installations
- Typical 2 day installation
- Excellent for indoor applications including basements and utility areas.
POLYUREA/POLYASPARTIC
- Polyurea base layer with clear Polyaspartic topcoat
- 20-25 mils thick
- Superior UV resistance for certain outdoor and garage applications
- Typical 1 day installation with fast return-to-service

ELASTI-DECK
- Trademark Elasti-deck single component urethane system
- 3 layer system with superior elasticity and waterproofing properties for outdoor applications.
- Up to 700% elongation rating to help seal/bridge cracks for applications below grade, at grade, or suspended.
